…attended Black Families Supplementary school – 2013-2015

Most notable activities at Black Families include –

various projects including learning how to cook Afro-Caribbean food, a history project in collaboration with Beckford’s Tower and much more.

Supplementary School helped –

with confidence, historical knowledge and provided her with a community of people who shared similar experiences.

India has gone on to –

went on to study Sociology at university. India now works as a Creative Producer for a Creative Agency in London. On the side, she freelances as a content creator and film journalist.

What I am most proud of so far is –

of her achievements at university. She graduated with the highest GPA on her Sociology course and also received the award for Best Sociology Dissertation.

The advice I would give to my younger self is –

have more confidence and self-belief!
